Digital Success Conference Review

Digital Success Conference Review

I have been on multiple speaking engagements before, but this one was different. I was going back to my home country Jamaica and I knew that I wanted this to be a very good experience. Digital Success Conference was going to be the first conference hosted by my close friend Coach Shaneika Burchell-Kerr and I wanted this to be a success. I was excited and nervous at the same time.  At first, I thought that I wouldn't be able to make it. However, when I thought about the great experience this would be, I decided that no matter what I would make this trip happen.

I was ready for my trip, after what seemed like days of preparation. I sat comfortable in my seat on the airplane. I planned to get some sleep on this three-hour long flight, however, that plan went right through the window because it was a bumpy ride. When I heard the pilot telling the flight attendants to take their seats, I knew that something big was about to happen. Within seconds of them sitting down, the plane started rocking from side to side as if it was going through some rough potholes. Suddenly the plane dropped a few feet and everyone screamed. Everyone screamed as we threw our hands up in the air trying to grab hold of support as we envisioned immediate impact. I felt an indescribable feeling when I realized thankfully that the experience was short-lived, and we were safe. The rest of the ride was also bumpy, but we thankfully landed safely in Jamaica.

After a night of last-minute preparations, we arrived at the event. I was greeted with beautiful and vibrant colors as I stepped into that room. I could feel the high energy in the atmosphere as everyone anticipated that this would be a great event.  They were not disappointed; it was a packed, successful and blessed event. So many passionate speakers including myself shared stories about our journey and our experiences as entrepreneur. So many amazing nuggets were given about how to successfully market your business, having the right mindset and encouraging everyone to follow their dreams.  Drop Shipping was one of the areas that was discussed. This provides an opportunity for everyone to have a fair chance at success when the right mindset and strategies are applied.  Other areas of interest such as business models, print on demand, and marketing existing products were discussed.

This seminar re-enforced that success is a journey, not a destination and we need to have the right mindset to become successful entrepreneurs. It is imperative that we position ourselves properly so that people can recognize and value our worth. This seminar left persons wanting more and even more eager to become entrepreneurs. Those who were already entrepreneurs were refreshed with new ideas on how to improve their businesses.  We were all encouraged to follow the blueprint that God has divinely set before us, encouraged to have the right mindset, think positively and focus on our goals.  While listening to each speaker I realized that each person was specifically chosen by God. Each thought shared was a testimony of how good God had been to them and the situations that he has rescued them from or the provisions that he has made. If you were not in the room, you missed out on a life changing opportunity. However, the recorded session is available for replay at a cost. The rest of my weekend was spend taking a trip to the beach and ending at the great Devon House where I had the best sundae ice-cream that I had ever tasted. The highlight of my trip was when I stopped by the street vendor in Ocho Rios to enjoy some good refreshing coconut water and then enjoyed the tasty coconut meat. This trip was by far the most enjoyable one I’ve had for the last few years, and it has made me realize that there is no limit to the growth, experience and success that God can bestow upon me. How about you? If you are looking to take the next step in your business I recommend you connect with Coach Kerr for more coaching details.
